Tri-Read device will only be sold to law enforcement and qualified professionals, such as financial crimes investigators, asset protection investigators and the like. Tri-Read, LLC will take steps to verify customer information to ensure that only qualified individuals can purchase the Tri-Read payment card reader device.

Please be advised in some states, such as Florida, it is unlawful for non-qualified persons to possess this device.

As such, we use the registration process to verify users and only grant access to those persons qualified to own or use the Tri-Read device.

Tri-Read, LLC does not provide legal advice. Tri-Read, LLC will not advise end users when, or under what condition(s) payment cards can be "read." Tri-Read, LLC only provides the capability to read payment cards. The decision to read payment cards rests solely with the end users, the end users' respective legal department or governing laws, and not with Tri-Read, LLC.

Tri-Read does not require a monthly subscription or mobile connection. Periodic updates will be available for download via wi-fi.
